The figures presented throughout the course of the India Gardens project has always been on best estimate, until the centre is in operation it is impossible to measure with any degree of accuracy what the income and expenditure of the centre will be.
The information used to produce the estimates has been discussed by the committee and is felt to be as accurate as we can be based on the information available. We will however seek to produce a list of assumptions that have been used to arrive at our figures.
