How will the gym work? I can’t see why this would add any value.

A gym would be complimentary to all the other activities that India Gardens is able to offer i.e. crèche, café, sports facilities, fitness studio, cricket, walking route. While some family members may opt for use of the gym, others might choose one of the other activities on offer.
