As a condition of our community use agreement (which is part of the planning permission), and as a condition for zero VAT being charged for the build, we cannot give priority to any persons, the centre must be operated on a first come first served basis.
Equally the centre will not be financially viable if we were to keep the centre empty waiting for one of our members to book an activity, therefore a balance will be found.
